Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the UK in England.

All orders will aim to be dispatched within 24 hours. Any orders received after 7pm on a Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

We offer free tracked delivery on all orders over £30 within the UK, unless otherwise stated.

For Next Day delivery within the UK - Orders must be placed before 10am Monday - Friday to be dispatched on the same day.

Missing Orders – Once your order is dispatched we are reliant on our delivery partners to deliver safely, securely and on time. If your order is not received, please contact us at support@hydrink.com so that we can rectify the situation and also investigate this further.

Incorrect Address – If the details entered at checkout are incorrect, and you haven’t informed us of a change of address prior to dispatch, we will be unable to replace or refund this order until it is returned to us by the delivery partner.

If an item is returned to Hydrink as undeliverable, we will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
