Refund policy
You’re welcome to exercise your right of return of any item within 14 days of receiving it.
If 14 days have gone by since the date of your order delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (with any tags), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will not be included in your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
