When is the best time to take the product?
The product is versatile. Below are some ideal times to take it:
• Upon waking to enhance energy, vitality and cognitive function.
• Mid-morning or in the afternoon to reduce tiredness and fatigue, improve stamina and mental performance.
• Prior to, or during any planned activity.
How should I take the product?
It is recommended that you take this product by mixing 200-1000ml of cold water for your preferred taste.
For the best flavour, use cold water.
You can also split the recommended dose (1 heaped teaspoon - 5g) into two. For example, 1/2 teaspoon AM, and 1/2 teaspoon PM.
How much is a serving?
A single serving is 1 heaped teaspoon (5 grams). Each 150 gram pouch contains 30 servings.
How many servings should I take per day?
Take one serving daily and do not exceed this recommended dose.
What does it taste like?
The product is subtle and refreshingly tasty.
We went through many iterations to achieve the right taste balance using real fruit, natural sweetener, and natural flavourings.
When will I feel the benefits?
Whilst we'd like to offer a specific timeframe for when you'll notice the benefits, it may vary from person to person due to differences in diet, lifestyle, and health. The best way to ensure maximum benefit is to take the recommended serving daily, for a sustained period of time.
Is it suitable for vegan and vegetarian?
Yes, our products are suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
Does this product contain caffeine?
No, our product is caffeine free.
Are your products non-GMO?
Absolutely, all of our ingredients and products are non-GMO certified.
Does it contain any allergens?
The product contains no allergens.
Where can I find a list of the ingredients, nutrients and their nutritional values?
You can find a list of ingredients, nutrients and their nutritional values on the product page. Ingredients, nutrients and nutritional values are also on the products packaging.
Can I take this whilst on medication?
We would always advise you to consult with a healthcare professional prior to use.
Does the pouch come with a scoop?
From an environmental standpoint, we have decided not to include scoops in our pouch. A single serving is 1 heaped teaspoon (5 grams).

Where is Hydrink based?
Hydrink was founded and is based in the United Kingdom.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are proudly formulated, manufactured and packed in the United Kingdom. The facilities are accredited and strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Our products undergo 3rd party microbiological testing prior to release.
How does Hydrink strive towards sustainability?
We are always seeking ways to become more sustainable.
We use fully recyclable pouches and have opted for the manufacturing and packaging of our products within the United Kingdom.
We are continuously striving to reduce our carbon-foot print within our supply and logistics chain.
Orders & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping to the UK costs £3.99 or is free for orders of £30 or more (as well as subscribe & save purchases) and any exclusive offers.
Express shipping costs £4.99 for next working day delivery (Terms and Conditions apply).
Shipping to Ireland costs £9.99 or is free for orders of £100 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days with standard shipping. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email and will be able to track the order to your door.
We also have an Express shipping option (next day delivery). Please see our shipping policy for further information.
Our team does not work on weekends or bank holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed as soon as we are back.
Please note that delays with couriers e.g. strike action, will likely cause delays with orders arriving - which is unfortunately outside of our control.
Orders shipped outside of UK mainland (Republic of Ireland) may be subject to delays due to customs checks, which are also outside of our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which includes tracking information to track your order.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. As soon as we can ship internationally, we will update our Shipping page accordingly.
Can I change my order from standard delivery to next day delivery?
All available delivery options are displayed at the checkout before you place your order.
Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to change/upgrade your delivery option.
Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We work quickly to pack and ship your items. Unfortunately, this means we can’t make any changes to your order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling the order, amending the items ordered or changing payment methods.
Nevertheless, you can return any unopened items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in line with our Returns Policy.
My order has not been delivered, what can I do?
Please follow the steps below:
1) Please check the shipping confirmation email to ensure your order has been shipped to the correct address.
2) Use the tracking information to see if there is any information from the courier about your delivery.
3) Check with immediate neighbours and in any previously requested safe places.
4) Contact the courier directly.
5) If you require any further support after following these steps, contact us at support@hydrink.com
My parcel shows as delivered, but has not been received, what should I do?
Please use the tracking information which will show where your parcel has been delivered to.
If your parcel is not there, check with immediate neighbours and in any previously requested safe places.
If the parcel is still missing, please inform our team at support@hydrink.com within 7 days of the delivery date (we cannot investigate after this time).
How can I make a return?
We are happy to accept returns for unopened items that are in an undamaged condition.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact support@hydrink.com to initiate this process.
